Program Description
Drive to the city of Alghero, located on the west coast of Sardinia. Walk through the old town with the beautiful cathedral. The original Catalan-Gothic architecture of the old town is a remnant of the times when Sardinia was under Spanish rule. Free time for photos and shopping. Then drive along a scenic route to the charming town of Bosa, located on the Temo River. The beautiful castle Castello di Malaspina from the 12th century towers over the town. Walk along the promenade along the river, where you can admire the old quarter of Sas Conzas with the now defunct tanneries, to the old town with the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception. Visit to a local winery and tasting of the local wine, Malvasia di Bosa. Return to the hotel.
